Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for insurance data, pricing, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, underwriting, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Lead the delivery of pricing, rating, profitability, reporting, and analytics capabilities across insurance products and business functions.
  • Drive large-scale data modernization, data migration, and digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with data engineering, cloud, and analytics teams to build scalable, governed, and high-quality data platforms and reporting solutions.
  • Support the integration of enterprise applications with cloud data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Define product success metrics, monitor business outcomes, and continuously optimize solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Lead UAT, solution validation, change management, and release execution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, data governance policies, and organizational best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful product outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge, including underwriting, policy administration, pricing, rating, claims, or analytics processes.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization, data migration, cloud transformation, or enterprise data platform initiatives.
  • Experience delivering insurance-focused data, reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning.
  • Experience working with data engineering, analytics, cloud, and technology teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions and actionable development plans.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
