Job summary

A global IT solutions provider is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to define the product vision and prioritize the product backlog. Qualifications

More than 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Conduct market research and customer feedback synthesis.
Act as the primary point of contact for product communication.
Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value.
Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along with Product Owner (Client business).
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items.
Provide timely updates and manage expectations.
Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.
Validate features through testing, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Track product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data.

Key Responsibilities
