Job summary

Mindlance in Charlotte, NC is seeking an implementation lead for a new document management platform. The role collaborates with Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking teams to capture requirements and translate them into features.

You will manage the backlog, support Agile delivery across the SDLC, and drive user adoption to ensure a successful rollout. Strong Excel and stakeholder management are essential; a cooperative, cross-functional mindset is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry.
