Job summary

NLB Services seeks a mid-level Agile Technical Product Manager to support the CAE Nextgen project within our flight ops program. This role drives cross-functional collaboration, manages scope and timelines, and coaches teams in Agile frameworks.

You will work with product owners to handle backlogs, facilitate stand-ups, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards at sprint end while communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of agile product management experience.
• 3–7 years in product lifecycle management.
• 3–7 years coordinating cross-functional teams.
• 3–7 years of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• 3–7 years of stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Technical product engineer to support the implementation and development of the CAE Nextgen project. This is part of our current approved contractor headcount for flight ops.
