Are you ready for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an ambitious engineering leader to join our team. This position requires the successful candidate to perform lead, coordinate and exercise technical program execution authority over Integrated product teams for planning, organizing, controlling, integration, execution and close out of engineering content on a variety of flight simulator programs.
This role is for a leader who is self-motivated and demonstrates a positive approach, strong work ethic, and ownership for their work. Responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives involving cross-functional teams. Performing Cost Account Maangment (CAM) reviews with IPTS and is responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance for the engineering content on a program.
