Job summary

Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Manager focused on designing and implementing a Jira operating model to improve planning, execution, and reporting across the product development lifecycle.

This role will connect Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Google Workspace, with automation and AI enhancements to standardize processes while enabling executive-level roadmapping. You will build scalable workflows, govern data quality, and lead change management across Product and Engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product operations, engineering operations, or related field.
Experience architecting Jira at enterprise scale, including workflows, hierarchies, permissions, automation, dashboards, roadmaps, reporting.
Experience designing operating models, governance practices, or standardized workflows for large orgs.
Strong understanding of product management and engineering lifecycle and delivery processes.
Proven change-management experience, including training and adoption driving.
Systems-thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

Assess Jira usage, practices, workflows, data structures, and reporting needs across Product and Engineering.
Architect and administer Jira at enterprise scale with workflows and dashboards.
Define a flexible, future-state Jira operating model with governance and data-quality standards.
Design connected solutions across Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, and other tools.
Build automations to reduce manual work and improve data consistency and reporting.
Establish structures for initiatives, milestones, epics, backlogs, roadmaps, releases, and dependencies.
Develop dashboards that improve visibility into delivery health and risks for execs.
Lead change-management efforts and drive adoption of the future-state Jira design.
Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve requirements, planning, and decision-making.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and stakeholders to refine the operating model.
