Babel Street is seeking a highly organized Product Operations Coordinator to join our Product & Engineering Operations team in Reston, VA or Somerville, MA with potential for full remote. You will support predictable delivery, improve time-to-value, and enhance roadmap planning and reporting.

In this role you will steward planning processes, ensure data integrity, maintain governance practices, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Platform, Data, and business stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Project Coordination, Product Operations, Business Operations, or related field.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
