Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Product Operations Associate for Teva in Goleta, CA. You will support product creation calendars, ensure PLM data accuracy, and align cross-functional teams from development to GTM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables across globals teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PLM data with 100% accuracy in partnership with Product Line Management and Product Development teams.
• Create, maintain, and update seasonal line sheets in FPLM.
• Coordinate product details and updates across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee sample distribution, retention protocols, archive management, and key-gate sample needs.
• Manage sample showroom and product room presentation with leadership support.
