Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Product Operations, Sample Coordinator for a 6‑month temporary assignment in Seattle. You will manage ordering and delivery of product samples used in creative production and marketing, coordinating with regional partners and supply chains to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will collaborate with domestic and international warehouses, monitor inventory, and maintain accuracy across multiple open sample orders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a sophisticated team or process with overlapping priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet experience is a plus.

Position Overview

The Product Operations, Sample Coordinator plays a meaningful role in our creative and go-to-market processes. You will help bring our brand to life by owning the ordering and delivery of new and existing product samples used in creative production and consumer and trade marketing. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, demonstrate great attention to detail, and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 6 month temporary assignment. This is a hybrid in-office role so you must be in the Seattle area to be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Be responsible for the sample ordering process for marketing, creative, and regional partners.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a sophisticated team or process with overlapping priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience working in marketing, creative, or product development is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Smartsheet experience is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$30 - $30 USD
