Job summary

AWS Business & Product Operations is seeking a creative, dynamic analyst to support discount programs and private pricing contracts. You will manage operational processes, ensure terms in contracts are followed, and support both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include data entry, pricing calculations, data quality programs, and developing dashboards to monitor data integrity. Collaboration across teams will drive weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis and quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations
• Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems
• Hands on data mining and to execute on projects
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
