Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a creative, results-driven analyst to support discount programs and private pricing contracts within AWS Business & Product Operations. We value a self-starter who ensures adherence to contract terms and supports both internal and external customers.

You will develop pricing structures, create data quality programs, and build reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity across teams. Seattle-based role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations.
• Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied.
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.
• Hands on data mining and to execute on projects.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
