Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a data analyst for Business & Product Operations to support discount programs and private pricing contracts. The role focuses on data entry, pricing calculations, contract interpretation, and data quality programs.

You will develop reports and dashboards, monitor data integrity, and collaborate with coworkers across teams. Strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.com and data management systems are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis and quantitative, analytical roles with intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and charts, develop formulas and VLookup.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations.
• Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied.
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.
• Proactively identify and implement data improvements and system customizations to meet requirements.
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.
• Hands-on data mining and project execution.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
