• 4+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy & analytics, statistics, or a PM-adjacent role in enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain metrics library — definitions, owners, calculation logic.
• Own data and dashboards for Monthly Business Reviews and planning cycles.
• Validate metric correctness as features ship and instrument accordingly.
• Collaborate across Amplitude, Datadog, and internal tooling; drive launch readiness.
