Valinor Streamline is seeking a highly resourceful Product Operations team member to work directly with the General Manager and help bring the business into its next phase of growth. Sitting at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and growth, you will translate customer needs into action, coordinate product delivery, and build the processes and tools that help a small team scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or customer-facing roles in a technology environment.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government or complex enterprise customers is preferred.
• Bias for action with a hands-on, ownership-driven work style.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer needs and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive product delivery by aligning GM, engineering, growth, and customers to ship work.
• Build a feedback engine by translating customer input into clear product requirements and projects.
• Own the front line: manage customer issues and escalations and know when to escalate.
• Design scalable operating workflows, SOPs, and documentation for a growing team.
• Create demos, prototypes, automations, and internal tools using low-code/AI.
