This hands-on, high-ownership role ensures data accuracy across Addepar, custodians, CRM, and billing, while driving end-to-end improvements in data quality, workflows, and platform scalability.

Qualifications

• 2-6+ years of experience in performance reporting, investment operations, platform operations, or investment data in wealth/asset management.
• Hands-on Addepar experience is required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

About the Opportunity The HT Group is partnering with a growing independent wealth advisory firm serving ultra-high-net-worth clients to find a Product Operations Associate to join its Platform & Technology organization.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership position responsible for the firm's Addepar environment, investment data, and performance reporting infrastructure. The individual will serve as a key internal resource for ensuring investment data and client reporting remain accurate, reliable, and scalable across both traditional and alternative investments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Addepar experience who wants to move beyond simply supporting a platform and take meaningful end-to-end ownership of its data, reporting, configuration, and ongoing improvement.

What You'll Do

• Own the ongoing configuration, data integrity, and management of the firm's Addepar platform.
• Manage performance reporting across public market and alternative investments.
• Design and maintain account structures, hierarchies, benchmarks, and reporting outputs.
• Maintain and validate custodial feeds, transaction activity, and investment-level data.
• Validate investment performance results and ensure client reporting is accurate and consistent.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies across custodians, investment managers, Addepar, and internal systems.
• Establish standards and controls to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
• Maintain alternative investment data, including commitments, capital calls, distributions, and valuations.
• Ensure consistency of information across Addepar, CRM, custodial, and billing platforms.
• Develop an understanding of workflows spanning investment reporting, trading readiness, CRM, and billing.
• Investigate the root cause of data breaks and system inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, automation, and overall platform scalability.

What We're Looking For

• 2-6+ years of experience within performance reporting, investment operations, platform operations, or investment data in a wealth or asset management environment.
• Hands-on Addepar experience is required.
• Strong understanding of investment performance reporting.
• Knowledge of public markets, investment managers, and alternative investment structures.
• Experience working with large and complex investment datasets.
• Demonstrated responsibility for data quality, reporting outputs, or platform workflows from start to finish.
• Experience working across interconnected investment systems such as Addepar, custodians, CRM, and billing platforms.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting billing or revenue-related systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, BI tools, workflow automation, or other technologies used to improve investment operations
