The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Reporting & Dashboards platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the workflows and tools our clients use to analyze performance internally via customizable dashboards and craft compelling reports for end-clients within Addepar.

Dashboards and Reporting represent key workflows for wealth managers to monitor portfolio performance, manage daily operations, and communicate insights. You will shape the strategic vision and roadmap for how firms build, customize, and deliver both internal dashboards and client-facing reports at scale. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure our platform is intuitive, reliable, and empowers clients to turn complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives. You will guide the next evolution of our analytics and reporting tools by reimagining traditional workflows and leveraging AI-powered capabilities to deliver a modern user experience.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $178,000 - $223,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B , F-1 /OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do
  • Build a deep understanding of the Reporting & Dashboards platform in terms of its users, workflows, and business value, and how it connects to the broader Addepar platform.
  • Own and evolve the Dashboards experience, enabling firms and individual users to customize views, surface real‑time portfolio insights, and connect seamlessly into broader Addepar workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders to author a clear 12–18 month roadmap that supports a seamless reporting experience across Addepar.
  • Translate high‑level business goals into clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that empower engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
  • Explore and integrate AI‑driven capabilities into reporting including reimagining traditional report creation to help advisors synthesize insights, generate narrative commentary, provide summaries, and automate reporting tasks.
  • Utilize user research and analytics to advocate for our users, ensuring a data‑driven approach to the reporting roadmap and backlog.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and user research partners to build and ship high‑quality features that make template creation and report generation intuitive and reliable.
  • Advocate for reporting design patterns and clean data visualization that make full use of Addepar’s engine capabilities, ensuring reports look modern, polished, and easy to read.
  • Monitor key reporting platform performance metrics, such as generation speed, feature engagement and adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with user research, client feedback channels, and internal support teams to quickly identify user pain points, refine workflows, and continuously elevate the reporting experience.
Who You Are
  • You have 5 or more years of experience in Product Management. You have navigated the full lifecycle, from launching new applications and features from the ground up to scaling and optimizing established products.
  • You have experience developing or guiding reporting tools, data visualization capabilities, or content generation workflows. (Prior wealth management or finance experience is not required—a strong foundation in reporting tool mechanics and user workflows is what matters most!)
  • You are experienced in leveraging AI technologies to transform traditional workflows, move past legacy processes, and elevate user productivity.
  • You are a creative problem solver who iterates, experiments, and learns from data. You are able to adapt your approach to find the best path forward for your team and the product.
  • You collaborate effectively with designers and engineers. You are comfortable discussing technical challenges and reporting design patterns. You thrive in a cross‑functional environment where the partnership between Product, Engineering, and Design is key to your success.
  • You excel at articulating the why behind every feature. You empower stakeholders and go‑to‑market partners with the narrative they need to effectively communicate value to our clients.
