Ripple in New York, USA is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Product Operations Analyst to support growth and scale of Ripple’s diverse product offerings. You will collaborate with Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to keep operations reliable and scalable across all platforms.

Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you will manage reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, funding and settlement, and contribute to developing processes and system configurations

Formación

• Relevant hands-on experience in operations and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Proven experience in monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products.
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoins.
• Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple’s systems of record.
• Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
• Support a globally distributed customer base for our 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays.
