Ripple is seeking a Product Operations Analyst in New York, NY to support growth and scaling of diverse product offerings. You’ll work with Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to ensure reliable, fast, and repeatable execution and seamless Ripple 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities include reconciliation, trade support, and process enhancement. The role requires hands-on ops experience, real-time monitoring skills, and willingness to work weekend shifts in a global follow-the-sun

Qualifications

• Hands-on operations and settlement experience including reconciliation.
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real-time to detect issues.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts in a follow-the-sun model.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and tooling implementations.
• Broad understanding of markets/instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives).
• Familiarity with accounting principles is advantageous.
• Experience crafting queries for daily operations is a plus.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to settle crypto and fiat funds timely.
• Reconcile positions and balances across various operations and stablecoins.
• Understand asset-type risks to respond quickly to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate records.
• Develop and manage processes, configurations, and settlement instructions.
• Support a global customer base on a 24x7 basis, including weekends/holidays.

THE WORK:

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Product Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York, USA. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exceptionally innovative company that is redefining the finance industry worldwide. Reporting to the Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and scaling of Ripple’s diverse product offerings. You will work closely with important internal teams such as Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to make execution reliable, fast, and repeatable and to provide seamless support for Ripple’s 24x7 operations. Your responsibilities will include managing all operational support activities, including reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, and funding and settlement. You will also contribute significantly to developing and managing processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions, ensuring full alignment with our risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products
• Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoins.
• Understand risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to ensure quick responses to market activity and exceptions.
• Record transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities within Ripple’s systems of record.
• Become an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to detail existing processes.
• Support a globally distributed customer base for our 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Relevant hands‑on experience in operations and settlement, including reconciliation.
• Proven experience in monitoring venues and systems in real‑time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as required. Our team operates during agreed business hours in shifts aligned to your region across a global follow‑the‑sun model.
• High attention to detail with the ability to problem‑solve and remain organised in a dynamic environment.
• Dedicated with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Experience with implementing off‑the‑shelf and in‑house solutions.
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives).
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations is a plus.
• Experience with Agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

NY Annual Base Salary Range

$92,000 — $110,000 USD
