Overview

Reports to: FVP, Product Operations
Status: Non-Exempt
Grade: 7
Salary Range: $20.50 - $35.99

Location: Hybrid - Pittsfield, MA - 99 North St

Note: Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a full range of activities which ensure operational effectiveness of deposit system processing and operations of products and services. Assists with deposit validation of mergers and acquisitions. Assists with the design and documentation of workflows and makes recommendations for process improvements. Responsible for completion and monitoring of retail deposit products, interest plans and service fees. Assists with the development and system implementation of new deposit products, services and fees. Provides second level support for business system issues.
  • Monitors and maintains deposit interest rates, reviews products, rates and fees for accuracy. Write and run BIC reports to ensure deposit core system effectiveness. Tracks rate exceptions; prepares and analyzes BIC and other reports for the retail banking operations areas. Maintains CIS householding reports and workflows.
  • Implements and tests all system upgrades and new products. Conducts tests according to plans. Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. Assists with and participates in data mapping and implementation for mergers and acquisitions. Assists with validation of merger and acquisitions. Assists with maintaining system workflows.
  • Serves as a resource and provides support to the branch network on business and system issues. Acts as a liaison between back-office departments and branches to help resolve system issues. Works in conjunction with FVP, Product Operations, and Regional Branch Managers to ensure branches are operating effectively and to resolve complex operating system issues.
  • Provides support and assists with Bank Control Deposit changes; conducts maintenance of DO SRM, researches, and troubleshoots system deficiencies. Maintains forms and disclosures on the deposit and product system.
  • Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
Education
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
