Team Up is looking for a Product-Minded Full‑Stack Engineer to develop the MVP of an AI-powered intelligence platform. You will work closely with founders, building user-facing and admin-facing features while integrating AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in software development, proficiency in React and Node.js, and a product mindset. Strong English skills are required. The role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Full‑Stack Software Development.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js and backend application development.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Experience with building MVPs in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the MVP of the platform in collaboration with the founders.
• Develop user-facing and admin-facing workflows and interfaces.
• Integrate LLM APIs for summarization and content generation.
• Design onboarding flows and user preference management features.
