Job summary

BW Converting is seeking a Product Line Manager for the Bag portfolio, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management & Strategic Marketing. The role drives strategy from market analysis through commercialization and ongoing portfolio optimization, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to fuel profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience in capital equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven success launching new products and managing product portfolios.
• Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills with P&L experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Flexible packaging or bag/pouch industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Job Description

The Product Line Manager – Bag is responsible for the overall strategy, lifecycle management, and financial performance of BW Converting's Bag product portfolio, including the Hudson-Sharp brand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management & Strategic Marketing, this role leads product strategy from market analysis and product development through commercialization and ongoing portfolio optimization. The Product Line Manager partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth, increase market share, and deliver innovative customer-focused solutions.
