We are seeking candidates who are passionate about product marketing content, sales enablement tools and developing marketing materials that resonate with unique buyer personas. The Product Marketing Specialist will assist a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company on a mission to transform healthcare quality through technology. You will help bring our story to life and support go-to-market efforts across marketing and sales teams. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in how we communicate the value of our platform to different stakeholders - including healthcare executives and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Utilize existing messaging to develop effective marketing materials. Assist in developing product messaging, positioning and value propositions to resonate with our customer segments.
• Support GTM launches for new features and product enhancements.
• Create, edit and manage SharePoint database of marketing/sales enablement content materials (e.g., brochures, PowerPoint pitch decks, battlecards, testimonials, video)
• Develop effective online paid advertising, paid social and other materials; collaborate with the marketing team to effectively deploy these assets and track ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and subject matter experts (SME) to create, write and edit sales enablement content tools and campaigns.
• Help translate complex features into concise customer benefits through clear, compelling value propositions and resultant content.
• Partner with the marketing team to contribute to development of blog posts, webinar materials, social and email campaigns related to product content.
• Assist in development and maintenance of product messaging and positioning
• Research customer personas and industry competitive trends to support campaign development.
• Continually keep up to date on product training and knowledge and collaborate with SMEs on feature sets and how to position effectively to differentiate from the competition.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that unique product feature/benefits are represented in all marketing materials, campaigns and activities.
• Provide support in writing, editing and proofreading marketing communications product content materials.
• Work with designers, internal resources and occasionally marketing agencies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content development, product marketing, copywriting, sales enablement, or a related role. Agency experience beneficial.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Able to understand messaging, personas and can help draft value propositions and GTM plans.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or marketing; strong writing skills a must (must provide writing samples)
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Write edit, proofread copy for web, sales content and ensure correct grammar, spelling, formatting and tone. Utilize sound SEO practices.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into simple, value-driven language
• Organized and detail-oriented, with project management skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Preferred experience in healthcare, SaaS, or working with clinical or technical teams
