At Medallia, we are committed to creating a world where organizations are loved by their customers and their employees.

We empower exceptional people to create extraordinary experiences together.

The Role and Team

Medallia is seeking a strategic, high-ownership Senior Product Marketing Manager to help lead our go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — shaping how we bring powerful AI-powered experience capabilities to market and communicate their value to customers, prospects, and partners. You'll be the person who takes a wide-open problem, builds the plan, and drives it to successful completion — with minimal direction needed.

Along with peers on the product marketing team, you'll be responsible for messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content across the platform, with the specific focus areas evolving as the business does. This role is built for someone who's just as comfortable zooming out to see how the pieces fit together as they are getting into the details when it counts.

We're looking for a strong storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a self-starter who treats the work like it's their own business — someone who works cross-functionally with senior sales and product leaders, aligns to the larger narrative of the company, and knows how to turn broad direction into the right materials for their focus areas, from concept to completion. Deep expertise in any one product area isn't required — curiosity, critical thinking, and strategic execution are a must.

  • Be a Medallia champion. Educate and enable Medallia customers and users on the value of our platform.
  • Understand the impact your programs have on market perception, business growth, and product adoption — and adjust based on what you learn.
  • Be an excellent communicator who can translate complex or technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences, thread messaging across buying centers and personas, and use that to engage and influence internal leaders/teams across functions as well as external stakeholders.
