In this role, you'll blend your deep understanding of literacy instruction with strong product strategy skills to create impactful, scalable programs that empower teachers and support student success.

You’ll serve as the strategic bridge between curriculum, engineering, and business teams—owning the product lifecycle and ensuring that literacy offerings are instructionally sound, technologically effective, and market-ready.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage K–5 ELA core curriculum products through the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery
  • Lead product strategy using research, user data, and customer feedback to guide roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with curriculum and instructional experts to align product features with pedagogy and classroom practice
  • Analyze adoption opportunities across state markets to drive go/no-go decisions
  • Work closely with platform and print production teams to ensure seamless delivery of both digital and print solutions
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to align on priorities and launch plans
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders with a strong understanding of product goals, milestones, and impact
  • Advocate for product features based on customer value and business outcomes
  • Support data-driven planning, forecasting, and budget management for your product line
  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) for in-field research, meetings, or industry events

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in K–12 education, including EdTech or curriculum development roles
  • Deep knowledge of K–5 ELA curriculum, instructional design, and digital learning trends
  • Proven experience in product management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with state adoption processes and market dynamics in the K–12 core curriculum space
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term goals
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with engineers, educators, and executives
  • Experience working with both digital platforms and print publishing workflows
  • Passion for literacy education and closing learning gaps through evidence-based instruction
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans with $0 premium options
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 16 paid holidays, including a winter break and 2 floating holidays
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Paid parental leave and family-building benefits
  • Mental health support and wellness initiatives
  • Disability and life insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional learning
  • Remote-first flexibility with a strong collaborative culture
