Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a strategic Product Marketing leader to own messaging, content, and campaigns across our robotics portfolio. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value and lead collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure consistent market communications.

You will craft foundational content, support Growth with sales Enablement, and drive end-to-end campaigns with urgency and structure in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Marketing or related commercial roles in competitive B2B tech environments.
• Deep understanding of robotics, AI, automation, or industrial software/hardware domains.
• Proven track record translating complex technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
• Strong written and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.

• Equip Sales with battlecards, battle sheets, and tools to win in B2B environments.
• Drive rapid product launches by managing timelines and removing bottlenecks.

Your mission & challenges

• You take ownership of product marketing initiatives across the NEURA portfolio and align them closely with business priorities and overarching company strategy.
• You translate complex capabilities across robotics, AI, software, and hardware into highly differentiated messaging, clear customer value propositions, and foundational content including core messaging frameworks, compelling use cases, and sharp copy that serve as the strategic baseline for all campaigns.
• You leverage and guide our internal marketing team by providing clear briefings to ensure all creative, digital, and campaign output elevates your foundational content and remains commercially impactful.
• You lead full-funnel campaigns end-to-end, working alongside creatives, online marketing, and technical stakeholders to drive measurable commercial results.
• You act as a central force between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to forge alignment and hold teams accountable for consistent market communication.
• You manage product marketing for key strategic areas including collaborative robots, mobile robots, humanoid and assistant robots, the Neuraverse ecosystem, and NEURA Gym.
• You equip our Sales unit (called "Growth") with hard-hitting tools, presentations, battlecards, and fact sheets to aggressively win in competitive B2B tech environments.
• You lead rapid product launches by managing timelines rigorously and pushing through internal or external bottlenecks with relentless persistence.

• You have outstanding writing, messaging, and presentation skills in English, while fluency in German is advantageous.
• You show a strong capability to collaborate powerfully within a larger interdisciplinary marketing organization while independently driving your specific mandates to completion.
• You use AI tools deliberately and fluently as a core part of your workflow — to accelerate content creation, sharpen strategic output, and operate effectively at high pace.
