Simplify Compliance is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge product, sales, and marketing. You will translate product capabilities into compelling narratives to drive engagement, adoption, and retention.

You’ll ensure product marketing readiness for launches and contribute to measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and upsell potential through collaboration with Product Management and Sales Enablement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing or full‑stack management in B2B SaaS or compliance fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong writing and communication skills expected.
• Experience building messaging frameworks and launch campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for EHS personas.
• Lead go‑to‑market efforts for new products, features, and bundles with cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver launch playbooks, support campaigns, and define success metrics for adoption and pipeline impact.
• Create sales tools and content updates; gather customer insights for content strategy.
