Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-oriented Product Marketing leader to champion customer insights and translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-ready value propositions. You will own messaging design, launch planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive demand and pipeline goals.

You will develop persona-specific messaging for different buyer groups, create compelling sales collateral, and publish content ranging from blogs to case

Qualifications

• Strong product marketing background with technical products (LLMs, AI agents, APIs)
• Ability to turn deeply technical capabilities into buyer-relevant value propositions
• Experience building product marketing as a function in startups
• Proven launches ownership in fast-paced environments
• Experience guiding senior partners to launch products and programs

Responsibilities

• Champion customer needs and pain points through interviews, market research, competitive intelligence, analyst engagement, and sales-team engagement
• Create positioning and messaging frameworks for products, personas, and features
• Develop persona-specific messaging for demand generation, SDR, sales, and channel partners
• Produce sales collateral including playbooks, sales plays, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive analysis
• Build and drive product launch strategies and plans with Product Management, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success
• Develop content strategy with Demand Generation to support pipeline goals
• Produce blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, videos, collateral, and campaigns
• Develop and implement best practices and frameworks to improve product marketing outcomes
