Job description

One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, strong with external product messaging content and GTM sales enablement content in the enterprise cloud space. The client has Data Center products designed for enterprise organizations that need these products to perform well at scale, with minimal downtime for users. The client is a leading company in software development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Growth, and Developer Relations teams to define core product messaging and develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
2. Execute product launch plans, working closely with sales leadership, product management, and marketing teams to drive demand generation and pipeline.
3. Create engaging content based on core product messaging, including videos, case studies, webinars, campaign deliverables, and new formats that reach target customers memorably and impactfully.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

1. Passion for cloud computing, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
2. At least 2-4 years of PMM experience in enterprise software and/or data and integration services, preferably with some experience directly in public cloud-hosted services.
3. Create product messaging and GTM enablement content for new products and solutions.
4. Ability to engage with and earn the respect of both technical and business leaders.
5. Curious, moves quickly, and delivers output fast.
6. Ability to sell ideas through creative and cohesive presentations.
7. Prior experience in Technical Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
8. MBA or master’s degree in a technical field is optional.

Location:

100% remote, ideally based in SF, Chicago, NY, or Atlanta, with 1-2 days onsite per week.

Compensation:

$40-49/hr
