TrustLayer, Inc. in Tampa, a Series A company, seeks a Manager in Product Marketing to own the entire portfolio, including COI verification, RMIS, contract review, and risk management training. Build interactive content and calculators, wire landing pages with Claude Code, and ship assets directly.
You will shape launches with the CEO and department heads, write compelling copy, and implement our release process in a fast, flat team.
Every year, businesses chase down millions of certificates of insurance by email, fax, and spreadsheet, and still cannot answer a simple question: who is actually covered right now? TrustLayer automates the whole thing. We collect COIs and compliance docs, analyze contracts, and surface the risks before they turn into claims. We are a Series A company based in Tampa and San Francisco.
We track risk on over 500,000 companies, millions of lines of insurance coverage, across construction, real estate, logistics, franchising, and lending. We are a Series A company growing quickly.
This is a role for builders. You'll own positioning, messaging, and launches across our growing product portfolio (COI verification, RMIS, contract review, risk management training, and more), and you'll be expected to ship interactive content, calculators, microsites, and competitive teardowns yourself.
We don't need someone to manage a vendor. We need someone who can write the copy, prototype the landing page in Claude Code, wire up the analytics, and ship it.
You’ll also shape how we launch. You have enough launches behind you to see what our release process is missing, and you’ll have the standing to fix it.
This is a Manager title carrying a scope most companies would put under a Director. You own the entire portfolio, you work directly with the CEO and the head of each department, and there is no layer between you and the decisions. We are being upfront about that because it cuts both ways: it is more surface area than the title suggests. If you are a strong senior PMM who wants the job that gets you to the next level, this is that job.
