Coverflow, a California-based insurance tech company, is hiring a Marketing Lead to own product marketing and growth/demand generation. This hands-on IC role drives messaging, positioning, and channel strategy to generate pipeline for insurance brokerages.
You’ll own content, brand consistency, and sales enablement, working directly with the CEO and COO to align with GTM goals. This isn’t a management track; success is measured by MQLs, pipeline influence, and event-driven meetings booked.
The insurance brokerage industry brings in over $400 billion in revenue annually, yet over $130 billion of that is wasted on repetitive, manual processes: reading millions of pages, inputting data into legacy systems, and filing paperwork.
Coverflow helps insurance brokers automate their most challenging workflows. Our AI platform integrates with client data systems to analyze millions of data points, enabling brokerages to work more efficiently and deliver deeper insights, giving them back thousands of hours annually.
Trusted by leading regional and national agencies, we ingest thousands of policies weekly and have processed over $5B in premium flow through our platform. Backed by AIX Ventures, Founder Collective, and Afore Capital, we've achieved >15x revenue growth since launching in 2025.
We're hiring a Marketing Lead to own product marketing and growth/demand generation for Coverflow. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role: you will not manage a team on day one, and you should want to be doing the work yourself, not directing others to do it. If you're looking for a people-management title, this isn't that role, at least not yet.
Your core mandate splits into two majors:
Brand, PR, and broader content are real parts of the job, but they support the two majors above rather than standing alongside them as equal priorities. You'll build what's needed in those areas, but your time and judgment should be weighted toward product marketing and growth first.
This isn't a brand-for-brand's-sake role. You won't carry a sales quota, but you will be accountable to tangible output: MQLs, pipeline influence, and event-driven meetings booked, not just content shipped or campaigns launched.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
