ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Product Marketing Manager focusing on Retail Banking for Salal Credit Union, this position plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end member journey by combining deep market insights, data-driven planning, and cross-functional collaboration to bring strategic marketing solutions to life.

In this role, you will define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with member needs, business goals, and market opportunities. The goal: drive product awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention across all consumer-facing financial products and services.

In this role you will regularly:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Salal's consumer product lines, driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials that resonate with key audiences.

Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and enhance member satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position that reports to our Seattle, WA headquarters office 1-2 days per week. In addition, some travel to our branches or area events may be expected.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or product management, ideally within financial services.
  • Experience designing and launching go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that will help you to act as a liaison between teams when translating their needs.
  • The target salary rate that is likely to be offered to the selected candidate is between $105,000-$118,750 per year. The total salary range for this role is $95,833.33 - $134,166.67 per year. At Salal Credit Union, compensation decisions are made using a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, and education.
  • Potential to earn additional compensation annually based on company goal achievement.
