About the Job As a Product Marketing Manager at OffSec, you will bridge the gap between product development and market success. You will ensure that our sales, product, and marketing teams are perfectly aligned on the problems our products solve and how to articulate their benefits to the cybersecurity community and enterprise buyers. You are both analytical and persuasive—capable of running a win/loss data analysis in the morning and crafting a compelling narrative for a new feature launch in the afternoon. You will be the internal voice of the customer, possessing a deep understanding of our market, our competitors, and our buyers' unique needs.
There is no universal daily template for a PMM at OffSec; your calendar will change based on the launch cycle. One day you may be conducting customer interviews and reviewing call recordings; the next, you may be writing positioning docs, sitting in on sales conversations, or updating battlecards. As release dates approach, your focus will shift heavily toward launch coordination, readiness reviews, and enablement sessions.
