About the role:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about understanding consumers and product marketing, with strong skills in analyzing, initiating, and applying user knowledge to product creation. This individual should be eager to lead the industry revolution with AI and drive transformation in work processes.

  • Deeply understand the product—its features, technical capabilities, use cases, and customer value, becoming the go-to expert for internal teams.
  • Translate technical functionality into clear, benefit-driven messaging that resonates across audiences, from buyers to end users.
  • Own product positioning and messaging frameworks, tailoring value propositions by segment, persona, and market context.
  • Actively support the sales process by joining strategic customer calls, helping to articulate product value, address objections, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and GTM teams to align on roadmap priorities, launch timing, and customer value delivery.
  • Create and maintain high-impact enablement assets, including sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product briefs, and internal FAQs.
  • Enable internal teams through structured training on product capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps, technical differentiators, and opportunities for positioning refinement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including messaging rollout, launch toolkits, and post-launch performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within B2B SaaS companies – a must
  • Experience in startup environments, especially high-growth or early-stage – a must
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment
  • Strong storytelling skills to articulate value propositions clearly to various B2B stakeholders, including decision-makers and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success in developing high-quality marketing assets across digital, content, and product marketing channels
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with experience in setting KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, and driving data-based decisions
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities in B2B tech landscapes

  • The base compensation for this role is approximately 120,000-140,000$ per year, excluding bonus targets. The candidate’s final compensation will be based on their skills and experience. For candidates outside of New York City, the compensation may vary depending on the local cost of labor and other factors.
  • Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. If your expectations are outside this range, we encourage you to apply still.
  • Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.
