Job summary

Arcade is a fast-growing San Francisco-based company that helps teams create AI-generated product videos in minutes. We’re a small, ambitious team building at the frontier of AI and creative tools.

We’re seeking a product marketer to define how Arcade—and the AI video category we’re creating—are understood. You will partner with the CEO, product, design, and engineering to launch features, develop narratives, and craft compelling content for blogs, social, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Exceptional writing skills across blogs, product launches, social media, and customer-facing content.
• Experience leading product launches from messaging through execution.
• Strong ability to synthesize customer interviews, industry trends, and product developments into clear narratives.
• Experience developing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help define messaging and positioning for Arcade and the AI video category.
• Launch new features, develop compelling narratives, and create content that readers want to read and share.
• Synthesize customer conversations into thought-provoking blog posts and shape social strategy around AI trends.
• Write, experiment, publish, analyze, and iterate how Arcade shows up in the market.
