Hadrian is seeking a senior product marketer to shape market understanding of our autonomous manufacturing platforms. You will align with Brand, Federal, Sales, Recruiting, and leadership to define positioning and craft compelling narratives that resonate with both engineers and executives.

You will translate technical differentiation into actionable messaging, and equip teams with demos, collateral, and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do

As Hadrian's first product marketer you will drive how the market understands what we build and the impact it has. You'll work closely with Brand, Federal, Sales, Recruiting, and Hadrian leadership. This is a new function that you will have the opportunity to help shape from the ground up.

Set the positioning for every Hadrian offering: what we call it, who it’s for, and why it beats the alternatives. Embed with our engineers and customers until you can make the technical case to a customer’s engineering team as well as their executives.

Translate technical differentiation into mission impact. Write the copy and make the media that show what our offerings do and why they matter. Find the proof in schedule, quality, and throughput, keeping positioning connected to customer results.

Equip every team that carries Hadrian's story with the narratives, competitive positioning, and product demos they need. Run win/loss reviews with Sales and share what you learn with Product to sharpen the story.

Build the product marketing team: hire the specialists who join you, and develop a bench of design, video, and writing contractors you can call on.

What We're Looking For

You've defined positioning and go to market for technically complex products. For most people that means 8+ years, but we care more about what you've owned than how long you've been doing it. You learn complex systems quickly and turn them into clear, credible narratives. Engineers trust your technical explanations, whether they work here or at a customer. Your path may run through product marketing, technical marketing, engineering, or technical design.

You use AI every day to move faster on research, writing, design, and production. Be ready to walk us through a workflow you rebuilt with AI and what it changed.

High agency builder. You've been first or early in a function, found what was missing, and built it without waiting for a brief. You have a portfolio of work you personally made and can tell us which parts were yours.

Driven by the mission and the tempo. Rebuilding the industrial base matters to you, and you care about shipping at the pace our customers and teams need.

What Will Set You Apart

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, robotics, or industrial hardware, including selling to government customers or large primes.

You write sharp copy and design strong slides, diagrams, and product graphics yourself, and you have the taste to direct designers and video editors when the work calls for a specialist.

A background in engineering, industrial design, or technical design.

A track record of content and positioning you can tie to business outcomes, such as pipeline, closed deals, or hires.

Video editing, motion design, or 3D skills.

Experience hiring contractors and growing a team around your work.
