Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product marketing, industry marketing or corporate marketing.
  • Experience in IT Service Management or related IT domains.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Create marketing assets like product demos and data sheets.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decisions and measure marketing KPIs.
  • Strategize messaging and positioning for technology products.

  • Translate marketing initiatives into actionable programs aligned with teams.

  • Develop scalable training for sales teams and always-on sales plays.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape product investments for customers.
  • Build core value propositions with input from stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales & solution engineers to develop content and enablement programs that fuel pipeline and close deals
  • Be a part of a team that helps define differentiated, clear and customer‑centric narrative, value props, positioning and messaging
  • Translate our marketing initiatives into actionable programs and align with our digital & field marketing teams to help drive demand generation
  • Drive the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, and case studies to drive the industry message
  • Transform and operationalize internal and external marketing communications
  • Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always‑on sales plays and programs
  • Partner closely with product teams to shape differentiated product investments that drive innovation for our customers
  • Build the core value proposition and selling points with input from product management, sales leadership, field marketing, and customer insights teams
  • Lead product launch plans and develop effective sales training materials
  • Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing or corporate marketing.
  • Experience in IT Service Management, or other applicable IT domains like IT Operations or Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross‑functional partners, and customers.
  • Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams and align with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on‑message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch‑decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint), product data sheets.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision‑making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other IT Service Management solutions or platforms preferred.
  • Get‑it‑Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity.
  • A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!

Salary

The typical base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $261,500 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
