Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS/B2B tech platforms.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing assets (demos, training, FAQs, decks, videos).
  • Ability to use data/analytics to drive decision-making with measurable marketing metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience assessed by core role competencies and examples.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
  • Comfort leading projects amid ambiguity.

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. You will be a product and marketing expert, translating the needs of customers and sellers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy.


Responsibilities


  • Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent

  • Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.

  • Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation

  • Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns

  • Own key sales communications and updates

  • Create, recruit, and produce content for Salesforce events such as World Tours, Dreamforce, webinars, and 3rd party events


Required Skills


  • 7 years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market background

  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms

  • Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.

  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders

  • Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

  • Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes

  • Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
