Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Product Manager in a hybrid work environment to support Stem Cell marketing for Healthcare Professionals and field teams. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Operations to drive awareness, enrollment growth and program success in a dynamic life sciences setting.

Responsibilities include planning multi-channel campaigns, events, and partnerships, plus analytics and reporting to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in product marketing or related healthcare commercial roles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HCP and field marketing plans to drive engagement and enrollment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Operations to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Plan and optimize conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and partner programs.
• Track KPI performance and provide monthly analyses and actionable insights.
