Product Marketing - Associate Director / Director

We are seeking exceptional product marketing talent to promote scalable, true multitenant cloud solutions impacting life sciences. Our focus is on customer satisfaction, employee success, and growth.

The Director of Product Marketing will be a key addition to our marketing team, responsible for messaging and assets supporting demand generation, field enablement, and customer marketing. This role involves developing qualitative and quantitative content and collaborating with global teams to drive growth and customer success.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop an annual marketing plan with field marketing
  2. Create go-to-market programs for new offerings, segments, and regions
  3. Deeply understand buyer needs and how Veeva solutions meet them
  4. Develop product messaging for all media and engagement channels
  5. Empower sales with communication tools about our products
  6. Lead global launch and marketing initiatives
  7. Collaborate with product and market strategy teams to communicate product vision and functionality
  8. Build product awareness through PR, articles, and social media
  9. Identify customer success stories for marketing use
  10. Create content like thought leadership, videos, website copy, blogs, and infographics
  11. Maintain a library of sales tools such as presentations and competitive materials

Requirements

  1. 7+ years in B2B product marketing, with success in enterprise cloud solutions
  2. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  3. Exceptional communication skills and persuasive writing ability
  4. Ability to influence across functions
  5. Fast learner, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments
  6. Strong relationship-building skills
  7. Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, analytical
  8. Excellent project management and attention to detail
  9. Proven success in dynamic environments

Compensation

  • Base pay: $115,000 - $200,000
