Associate Director, Study Site Engagement (Oncology)

This role involves supporting clinical trial site engagement activities across regions, fostering relationships with investigators, and supporting study teams from feasibility to study conduct. The position reports remotely to the Regional Director, Study Site Engagement, and requires extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in oncology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing effective communication and partnerships with study sites and CROs.
• Supporting trial operations, site identification, feasibility, and recruitment strategies.
• Developing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with sites.
• Supporting study start-up activities, site initiation, and ongoing study conduct.
• Training and resource management of study site personnel.
• Contributing to global site engagement strategies and participating in conferences and congresses.

Qualifications include a scientific degree, 10+ years of clinical research experience, preferably in oncology, and strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. Fluency in English is required.
