Disney Entertainment Studio Marketing is looking for a Product Marketing Assistant Manager to support Disney+ and the Disney Bundle Loyalty efforts. This person will play a vital role in crafting Disney+ and Disney Bundle product marketing strategies, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to bring said strategies to life across on‑ and off‑product touchpoints. This person will partner closely with Partnerships, Creative Design, Data Science, Data Analytics, Research, Viewer Experience, CRM, PR, Social, Legal, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams to drive subscriber engagement and retention. We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative product marketer to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace and deliver a best‑in‑class experience for our subscriber base. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of and a passion for the streaming/entertainment landscape and the Disney brand. This person should be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, who can manage highly complex projects with minimal oversight. While this role will focus primarily on Loyalty, the candidate should have a clear understanding of the full marketing funnel. The candidate should be knowledgeable about deriving insights from research and data with the ultimate goal of growing an engaged audience for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, MBA preferred.
The hiring range for this position in California is $102,000.00–$136,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
