Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Product Marketing Analyst to support the maintenance, enhancement, and distribution of key marketing materials for AWMS. You will partner with Legal & Compliance, Private Wealth Partnerships, Channel Marketing, and Digital Marketing to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

The role offers exposure to private markets, with opportunities to work on new fund launches and a broad range of products, requiring strong organizational and communication skills and a curious,

Qualifications

• Internship or degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications or Economics.
• Interest in investment products, financial markets, and alternative investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project coordination and time management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new products and processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with marketing tech and PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives for alternative investment products.
• Coordinate quarterly performance and portfolio data updates across marketing collateral.
• Support product marketing campaigns through partner channels and Digital Marketing reviews.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Partnerships to secure approvals for collateral.
• Assist in managing the legal and compliance review process for materials.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to deepen product knowledge.
• Support ongoing marketing projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of materials to drive growth and sales.
