Sidekick combines advanced large language models with deeply integrated domain-specific tools to handle the complexity of real estate—from data to transaction management and daily operations. Do important work

Brokerages adopt Sidekick at the enterprise level, but true success comes when thousands of individual agents actively use and love the product. As our first Product Marketer, you’ll own the programs that ignite engagement, drive adoption, and turn satisfied agents into passionate advocates. You’ll be the heartbeat of our product-led growth engine - crafting stories, training users, and building community around Sidekick.

This is a high-impact, builder-level role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, reporting directly to our Co-Founder/President.

Responsibilities:

Launch & Adoption Programs

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, social, video) that highlight key features, new releases, and best practices.
  • Produce quick-start guides, one-pagers, and onboarding flows that shorten time-to-value.

Training & Enablement

  • Host live webinars, workshops, and office-hours for brokerage rollouts.
  • Create snack-size product-demo videos and self-serve tutorials to scale learning.

Power-User Advocacy & Community

  • Identify and champion top agents; turn their success stories into shareable case studies.
  • Build and moderate a thriving community forum or Slack space where agents swap tips, workflows, and wins.

Content Engine

  • Leverage generative-AI tools (ChatGPT, Sidekick’s own models) to spin up newsletters, drip sequences, blog posts, and social snippets at scale.
  • Continually experiment with AI-powered personalization to deliver the right message to the right agent at the right time.

Insights & Collaboration

  • Define and own KPIs for engagement, activation, retention, and expansion; analyze data and iterate quickly.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to surface feedback, influence the roadmap, and close the loop with customers.

Impact you’ll have:

  • Accelerate product-led growth across thousands of agents inside each brokerage account.
  • Shape Sidekick’s voice - inside inboxes, on camera, and across every customer touchpoint.
  • Build repeatable playbooks that future PMMs and CSMs will use as we scale.
  • Amplify the brand by turning agent success stories into industry-wide proof points.

Required qualifications

  • 4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or customer engagement for a SaaS product (vertical SaaS or proptech a plus).
  • Demonstrated success driving user adoption and retention in a product-led environment.
  • Outstanding storyteller—equally strong at compelling copy, persuasive decks, and on-camera demos.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with Email/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io).
  • Video-production tools (e.g., Loom, Descript, Capsule).
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable defining metrics and digging into dashboards.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project-management skills.
  • Bonus: familiarity with real-estate agent + brokerage workflows.

Location

This is primarily a remote position. Sidekick is optimizing for hiring in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
