Job summary

SIMPLEX Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a senior product leader for the Wire & Cable materials segment. You will drive growth by bridging technical, commercial and strategic domains, collaborating with R&D, sales and marketing to shape a global product strategy.

The role requires deep polymers knowledge, strong communication, and travel to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites. You will partner with global teams to identify opportunities and develop market-leading collateral.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, technical marketing or application development in Wire & Cable materials.
Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
Knowledge and networking within the Wire & Cable industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D teams.
Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in Wire & Cable space.
Product expert in customer meetings.
Coordinate OEM co-operations across global sales teams.
Strategy development for Wire & Cable R&D teams.
Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
