Job summary

Epoch AI seeks a product‑minded Website Lead to own the vision and execution of Epoch's site, collaborating with researchers, designers, developers, and comms.

This fully remote role reports to the COO, with at least 3 hours overlap with Pacific Time, and responsibilities include defining feature specs, setting design standards, and running projects end‑to‑end from concept to launch, QA, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong product taste, clear writing, and comfort with data and research.
• Experience shipping web products with designers and developers.
• Ability to manage priorities, give feedback, and travel to three annual retreats.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and execution for Epoch's website, collaborating with researchers, designers, developers, and comms.
• Report to COO as an individual contributor; fully remote with at least 3 hours overlap with Pacific Time.
• Define specs and priorities for new features, balancing user needs and research goals.
• Set design standards and ensure coherence across the site, including navigation and shared components.
• Run projects from concept to launch, including QA and stakeholder feedback.
