Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Product Manager to own the data pipelines for Money Movement and Custodial Integration from our Charlotte, NC office in a hybrid role. You will lead strategy, backlog, RFCs, UX sketches, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-impact features for financial advisors.

You will partner with engineering, design, and analytics to ship data-driven solutions, manage multiple feature groups, and drive execution across platforms in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience shipping software products or features.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategically aligned feature roadmap.
• Create and manage backlog for engineering teams at least 2 sprints out.
• Write RFCs for feature enhancements and new features.
• Sketch first drafts of UX designs and specify required platform components.
• Decompose RFCs into actionable user stories for multiple teams.
• Track team capacity and prioritize 1–2 sprints ahead.
• Run two feature-sized projects in parallel.
• Provide engineers with business context and minimize distractions.
• Use data analytics to inform product decisions.
• Design and execute test plans for feature enhancements.
