Job summary

Integrity Wealth in Dallas, TX is seeking Products Consultants to help advisors maximize value from our open-architecture shelf. You will run product comparisons for prospective advisors, coach producing advisors on product mix, and translate feedback into shelf strategy.

You will partner with leadership to ensure timely shelf reviews, support advisory conversions, and develop playbooks that enhance the advisor experience and firm economics.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in investment product or advisor-facing solutions.
• Fluency across advisory models, alternatives, annuities and insurance.
• Ability to build and defend like-for-like product comparisons.
• Consultative coaching with portfolio construction and product mix.
• Bachelor's degree; CFP/CIMA/CFA preferred.

POSITON SUMMARY

Integrity Wealth is seeking Products Consultants to help advisors get full value from the firm's open-architecture shelf. Consultants run product comparisons for prospective advisors, coach producing advisors on product mix — advisory conversion, alternatives, insurance and annuity flow — and channel advisor feedback into shelf strategy, converting platform breadth into advisor and firm economics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run shelf-curation deep dives with prospects, including like-for-like product comparisons.
• Coach producing advisors on product mix: advisory conversion, alternatives, and annuity and insurance flow.
• Support recurring product shelf reviews and channel advisor input through the product governance process.
• Equip Advisor Success Leaders with product playbooks for the value-add service model.
• Support product mapping in every transition to service-level standards.

SUCCESS MEASURES

• Advisory conversion of 65% or better in year two, 75% or better in year three
• Cross-sell ratio of 4.0 or better per household
• Alternatives allocation of 10% or better in high-net-worth books
• Product mapping support delivered on time, 100% of the time

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Seven or more years in investment product, platform consulting, or advisor-facing solutions.
• Fluency across the shelf: advisory models, alternatives, annuities, insurance, and financial planning tools.
• Able to build and defend like-for-like competitive product comparisons in front of a prospective advisor.
• Consultative coaching skill with producing advisors on portfolio construction and product mix.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFP, CIMA, or CFA designation preferred.
