Job summary

IP Corporation in St. Paul, MN seeks a Product Manager for Vinyl Ester & Specialty Polymers to drive strategic direction, pricing, and lifecycle management across a portfolio of resins and polymer products.

You will translate customer requirements into product strategies, support new development, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations, pricing, forecasting, and portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is required.
• 5+ years experience in specialty chemicals, formulated products, resin manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience in Product Management, Technical Marketing, Applications Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and commercial strategy.
• Knowledge of resin markets and value-based selling principles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction, commercial success, and lifecycle management for vinyl ester and specialty polymer products.
• Translate market insights into product strategies and support new product development.
• Define product positioning, pricing input, and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to execute strategies.
• Support product launches with technical documentation and training.
