Job summary

IP Corporation in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Product Manager – Resin Formulated Systems & Gel Coat to drive the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our formulated gel coats and resin systems.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will translate customer application requirements and market insights into product strategies, lead new product development initiatives, optimize existing formulations, and guide pricing, forecasting, and portfolio decisions across cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in specialty chemicals or gel coats.
• Experience in product management, technical marketing, or applications engineering.
• Strong understanding of gel coat and resin markets and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of gel coat and resin product lines from concept to retirement.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with strategy and customer needs.
• Define product positioning and performance objectives.
• Lead portfolio reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Support product launches with technical documentation and training.
• Represent IP Corporation in industry associations and at customer events.
