Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Management using the product lifecycle.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel 20% internationally.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and market dynamics.
• Preference for knowledge of vacuum robotics and semiconductor tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing to define features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and communicate them cross-functionally.
• Capture VOC and translate into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead pricing, budgets, and profitability analyses for the product line.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence.
• Partner with customers to ensure product success and adoption.
